Educational Requirements: Participants are expected to have a bachelor-level
understanding and mindset. Admission to the program includes a diagnostic intake to
ensure alignment with the course expectations.

Program Format

Mode: Digital, with a focus on experiential learning—applying all learnings to
yourself.

Intake: Participation begins with a formal intake and diagnostic session to
personalize the journey.

Duration: Flexible, based on an individual’s potential and time commitment.

Typically completed in 18 weeks with regular dedication (special tailored
programs are also available).

Time Commitment: Approximately 200 hours (depending on prior knowledge
and skills).

Start Dates: Personalized start dates are agreed upon after the intake
session. Group sessions begin on mutually determined dates, with new
individual journeys starting monthly.

Price: €3000

  • Tailored Programs: Special group programs can be organized upon request
    (live pressure-cooker models are an optional format).
  • Key Features of the Learning Journey
    Participants will learn and apply their knowledge in real-time by working with self-
    organized pilot clients under the guidance of personal mentors and the coach
    community.

o Conducting a diagnostic session with a client.

3. Active Listening Mastery
o Theoretical understanding and practical exercises.
4. Measurement Tools in Coaching
o Introduction to theoretical frameworks and operational deployment of
measurement tools.

5. Run a Practical 6-Step Program with a Pilot Client
o Apply all learnings in real-life practice.

6. Global Trends and Their Impact
o Insights into current trends and their influence on life and work.

7. General Rules of Engagement for Coaches
o Learn about global-level standards and best practices.

Certification and Readiness
Participants will become certified upon reaching a level of Unconscious
Competence—the effortless and intuitive mastery of skills and knowledge.
Certification is granted when this proficiency is evident, often recognized intuitively by
the participant themselves.
Definition of Unconscious Competence: Mastery of a skill or knowledge to the
point where it becomes second nature, allowing for effortless and intuitive execution.

Detailed information about required readings, supplementary learning materials, and
access to the e-learning environment will be provided during the intake session.
