Participants are expected to have a bachelor-level understanding and mindset. Admission to the program includes a diagnostic intake to ensure alignment with course expectations.

Key features of the learning journey
Participants learn and apply their knowledge in real time by collaborating with self-organized pilots under the guidance of personal mentors and the coaching community.
Programme design
Mode: Digital, with a focus on experiential learning—where you apply all the knowledge gained to yourself.
Intakes: Participation begins with a formal intake and diagnostic session to personalize the trip.
Duration: Flexible, depending on the potential and time commitment of the individual. Usually completed in 18 weeks with regular commitment (specially tailored programs are also available).
Time commitment: Approximately 200 hours (depending on prior knowledge and skills).
Start date: Personalized start dates are set after the intake session. Group sessions start on mutually agreed dates, with new individual trajectories starting monthly.
Price: €3000
Tailor-made programs: Special group programs can be organized on Request (live pressure-cooker models are an optional format).

Certification and readiness
Participants are certified as soon as they reach the level of unconscious competence - the effortless and intuitive mastery of skills and knowledge. Certification is granted when this ability is evident, often intuitively recognized by the participant themselves.
Definition of unconscious competence: Mastering a skill or knowledge at such a level that it becomes second nature, making execution effortless and intuitive.
