The productivity of people and organizations is increasingly determined by agility, employability of employees and the ability to collaborate and co-create. This development requires that organizations become agile, that employability is key for employees and that (collective) cooperation, both internally and externally, is core value. Organizations are becoming real ecosystems that have to adapt to constantly. People are the social capital of the organization, and determine the performance of organizations. Social networks (internal and external) are important enablers of knowledge sharing, innovation and performance. This development calls for other paradigms in HR. These paradigms fascinate me. What new paradigms are developing? How are they shaped in practice? For me this is the development from HRM towards Social Resources Development.
